Standard Products

If you have purchased a non-personalised item and wish to return it, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

  • Unused
  • In their original condition
  • Returned in suitable packaging

Personalised & Custom Products

Many of our products are personalised or made to order.

Due to the customised nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item is faulty
  • We have made an error with the personalisation

Please ensure all spelling, dates, names and customisation details are checked carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs where applicable

We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
