Products
We make every effort to display our products, colours and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly due to individual screen settings and the printing process.
As many of our products are handcrafted or made to order, slight variations may occur and form part of the unique character of the product.
Personalised & Custom Orders
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all names, dates, spellings, colours and customisation details provided at the time of ordering are correct.
Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Personalised and made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, or we have made an error with the personalisation.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in GBP (£).
We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:
- Product information or pricing is incorrect
- Payment cannot be authorised
- Fraudulent activity is suspected
- Requested content is unlawful, offensive, inappropriate, or infringes another person’s intellectual property rights
If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.
Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs processes, adverse weather, industrial action, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, graphics, branding, photographs, product images and website content remain the intellectual property of EJamela unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product supplied.
Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection legislation.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page and take effect immediately upon publication.
